for SFHEA Members
The
SFHEA offers members a wide range of benefits and services.
SFHEA
DIARY/HANDBOOK - This personal organiser, which contains the union's
Constitution, members' guide to the SFHEA, code of professional practice
for
SFHEA members and timetable sessions, is issued FREE to all new SFHEA
members. The diary section and any other updates are sent to all members
annually.
SFHEA
GROUP LIFE SCHEME - This unique scheme is open to all members up to
the age of 65. Cover of £10,000 (payable on death) is immediately
available on admission to the Scheme. The cost is only £3 monthly
(payable by direct debit) and there is no medical questionnaire.
COUNTDOWN CARD AND GUIDE - Issued FREE to all SFHEA members annually.
These allow discounts of up to 10% on holidays, cars and purchases of
all kinds from local and national stores.
INSURANCE SERVICES - Free cover for professional risks and public liability
- limit £2M.
Free
all risks cover for personal possessions in college/university or in
locked cars in college/university precincts - limit £250.
